Yeah to be fair i see more female characters from the comics making it into the game before the animated characters for example the marvel playset npc's Squirrel-girl "i can see her work but i feel like there's still a line of figures before she gets added" Well i'll go ahead and give my speculations/thoughts on the female marvel figuresįirst thing i will say is that i get the feeling if we do get any mcu characters from the tv serie's cept for perhaps jessica and agent carter they would be released in wave group's "similar to the rebels figures" since with daredevil we can getĪnd for agents of shield i can count at least 7 or so characters that could fit as playable "and if disney wants to promote it then disney interactive can save it for a future playset idea"Īs for female assemble ultimate S.M.A.S.H.E.R.S of the galaxy animated marvel characters i can see Of these, Jessica Jones is the first female you think of (and probably the most mature of the bunch, so the character you'd think would be least likely to be in Infinity), but there's also Elektra and possibly Hellcat (assuming she takes up the mantle in Jessica Season 2). I wouldn't expect them any earlier if at all. They could either be early to mid 2017 or for 4.0 if they do add these characters. If they did do any of them, they'd probably want to have them all at once, so not until each show has at least aired its first season (well, I guess Iron Fist doesn't matter since he's already in). I doubt we'll see anyone from the Netflix shows yet, if they do them at all considering how these are aimed at older audiences. I guess its possible they expanded the roster slots more than we thought (as far as I'm aware, if we don't count Captain America: The First Avenger, there's only 3 left). When considering Agents of Shield we can also look to another ABC show, Agent Carter. Then there's still Wasp and Scarlet Witch, of course. Its entirely possible we could get all six if we got an Agents set, but I wouldn't expect any more than that, nor anyone else other than these six. ), and Lance Hunter (probably the most likely since he and Mockingbird are going to star in the ordered pilot for a potential new show, he'd probably be paired with her). The other candidates are possible, but more questionable: Phil Coulson (not much of a fighter, but then again, neither is Nick Fury), Grant Ward ( For instance, Disney Infinity and Disney Infinity 2.0 Play Sets will not work with Disney Infinity 3.0 however, all Play Set Pieces will unlock all associated Play Set Toys for use within the Disney Infinity 3.0 Toy Box.Well, if they do a set based on Agents of Shield, the best candidates are in fact female: Melinda May (though she's essentially a replacement for Black Widow), Quake, and Mockingbird. Play Setsĭisney Infinity Play Sets will only work with the Disney Infinity edition that they were created for. However, new Power Discs from Disney Infinity 3.0 cannot be used in Disney Infinity and Disney Infinity 2.0. For instance, Power Discs from Disney Infinity and Disney Infinity 2.0 can be used in the Disney Infinity 3.0 Toy Box. Power Discs are forward-compatible in Toy Box mode. Some Figures will have the ability to cross over into other Play Sets of the same universe, but you will first need to find their matching crossover coins*. For instance, only Sulley, Mike, and Randy can play in the Monsters University Play Set. However, new Figures from Disney Infinity 3.0 cannot be used in Disney Infinity and Disney Infinity 2.0.įigures released with a corresponding Play Set can enter than story, but all characters can be played in the Toy Box. Use your Figures from Disney Infinity and Disney Infinity 2.0 in the Disney Infinity 3.0 Toy Box. Figuresįigures are forward-compatible in the Toy Box mode. Note: the Xbox 360 and Xbox ONE bases are only compatible with their respective platforms. Disney Infinity Bases are compatible with all editions of Disney Infinity.
